Yugn Dress Code & Appearance Policy to assist security guards for maintaining an appropriate standard of the uniform and personal appearance
TRAINING
Training the security guards on Type of search, possible hiding places, Vehicle search, Premises search. etc.
Training of Standard Procedures for different types of Emergencies like Fire Risk, Hazards, Search procedures etc.
First Aid Training during emergency situations
Practical demonstration of Fire Fighting & Prevention procedures including Fire Alarm management, Evacuation process & Fire Extinguisher usage based on classification of fire
SUPERVISION
Ensure sufficient resources on supervision to quality security guards
Regular training & recurrent reviews with the security guards to understand site issues & guiding them with a resolution on the patrolling techniques to be implemented
Ensure vigilance of the guards through frequent round ups by the patrolling team
DUTY GUIDELINES
